Manufacturing Process

  • Welding

    Laser welding technology is adopted, featuring high efficiency and good stability, with stable and leak-free joints.

  • Stretching

    Precise fixation of length.

  • Cutting

    Customized dimensions to meet different length requirements.

  • Flattening

    End face treatment to ensure the accuracy of subsequent connection butt joints.

  • Deburring

    Cut off excess waste to improve product quality.

  • Annealing

    Makes the pipe bright and removes stress.

  • Braiding/Coating

    Provides a reinforcing layer or PE/PVC protective layer for gas or water pipes.

  • Beveling

    Hard-sealed connection for easy subsequent fitting installation.

  • Interface Assembly

    Pressing steel sleeves, punching caps, welding male/female thread components.

  • Gas Testing

    Inspect the tightness of each piece to ensure it meets the customer's pressure grade requirements.

  • Wire Braiding/Coating

    Provide a reinforcing layer or PE/PVC protective layer for gas or water pipes.

  • Marking

    Laser marking of the customer's brand or product parameters.

  • Packaging

    Integrate customized instructions, labels and packaging bags into boxes.

Quality Assurance

Haoyin has obtained ISO 9001 quality management system certification and implements a three-level inspection mechanism (raw materials → semi-finished products → finished products) throughout the production process. Various methods such as online pressure testing, tightness testing, and dimensional visual recognition systems are adopted to ensure that each batch of products passes strict screening before delivery.
The ex-factory qualification rate of products remains stable at over 99%. Testing equipment covers performance dimensions such as air tightness, burst pressure, and salt spray corrosion resistance.
We support certification docking with third-party testing institutions (such as CSA, CE, etc.).

Flexible Manufacturing

We have flexible manufacturing capabilities, enabling quick switching of production tasks for various specifications and interface types to meet the customization needs of customers in different regions. We accept small-batch trial production with a minimum order quantity of 100 pieces, quickly respond to customer's drawing or sample modification requirements, and support customization of parameters such as length, interface form, thread specification, and sheath material.
