In 1999, the parent company, Shanghai Laineng Industrial Co., Ltd., was established.

In 2005, it became a domestic enterprise certified by CSA. Its products are exported to developed countries such as the United States and Canada.

In 2006, it vigorously developed export trade.

In 2016, the enterprise upgraded and transformed, relocated its factory to Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province, and established Haoyin (Ningbo) Bellows Technology Co., Ltd.

In 2020, it carried out in-depth cooperation with Chongqing Gas and became one of the important suppliers of Chongqing Gas. It was awarded the title of "High-Tech Enterprise".

In 2021, it passed the "CNAS Laboratory" certification

In 2023, it was awarded the titles of "AAA Credit Enterprise" and "Specialized, Refined, Characteristic and Novel" Small and Medium-sized Enterprise in Ningbo.

In 2024, it participated in the National Hardware Show (NHS) in Las Vegas, USA, and the 26th China International Gas · Heating Technology and Equipment Exhibition.

In 2025, it will participate in the 2025 WGC World Gas Conference.
